The name Parida is derived from the Spanish term 'talking nonsense with friends,’ and is the vision behind a menu of tapas plates designed to bring people together to share in food and conversation. Sample dishes from the paddock like sticky pork ribs in a smoky barbeque glaze and lamb meatballs with roasted tomato or perhaps moreish mushroom arancini balls with Parmesan and rocket.
